How we test our candidates...

CJR has access to all the latest skills testing to ensure that our candidates can evidence their abilities from competence with software products such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc) to typing and data entry tests, spelling, grammar, attention to detail/accuracy and numeracy testing as well as a whole host of other role specific tests.  We can test on site in our offices or remotely through a web based application.  If there's something you would like to be tested when you're recruiting then do please ask - it's quite likely we will have something to fit the bill.

Perhaps you would like an independent, external assessment of the ability levels of your current staff?  Perhaps you would like to test new starters to your organisation who may have come to you from multiple sources, ensuring you get consistency of results?  We can offer remote testing services across the most widely recognised software on the market or can put together a battery of software and aptitude tests to help you accurately benchmark those in your organisation.
