Recruitment Campaign Management (an independent service)

recruitment campaign management chess visualWe have become very adept at running recruitment campaigns on behalf of our clients and have been selected frequently to take full ownership of the process, even when internal candidates have been involved.

Working independently and as an unbiased external resource, our services save our clients time and money in securing the right people.

Projects

Recruitment projects undertaken can take many forms, from merely dealing with a client's paid advertising response, sifting it and presenting a shortlist for them to go ahead and interview, to managing the whole process; conducting all advertising, response handling, initial sifting, telephone and face to face competency based interviewing, skills testing, assessments, shortlisting and giving recommendations up to Board level.  In addition, we'll handle all rejections and feedback in a timely, professional manner ensuring the strength of your company brand is not diluted.

Benchmarking internal and agency staff

Interestingly, in most instances, this has also included the handling of all interested internal applicants (as well as external candidates), ensuring that your own staff are benchmarked effectively against the market and that the whole recruitment process is unbiased and based on a purely independent, professional assessment of the most suitable candidates for the role.  Resulting in a strong shortlist of suitably qualified candidates to see, our service takes the headache out of running these projects, allowing you to focus on other areas of your business.

We have also been asked and trusted to manage all agency responses for our clients, benchmarking these against internal and external applications and either dealing with the agency consultants directly or through a nominated client contact.

Flexibility and communication

We are able to tailor our service to meet whatever varying needs you may have and all of these projects are carried out by our own highly experienced consultants or senior management team with regular communication and reporting in place so that you can keep completely up to date with how your campaign is progressing.

The next step...

We recommend that the best way to proceed on these projects is for us to come and meet all internal stakeholders early on in the process to discuss the role, its requirements, where it sits in the company structure and any strategic and operational objectives for the position.  These meetings are invaluable in laying the foundations for a very successful campaign.

All of the tracking systems, spreadsheets, job descriptions, adverts, template emails, timeframes and so on should be agreed upon at this stage.  Detailed preparation is key so that the whole process can run smoothly.  You can choose whether or not to remain anonymous when advertising, although for many positions, a branded advert will increase the response rates as well as improving the awareness of a client's brand in the market.
